This article is maybe a little biased shall we say- but it contains some useful information- like how to read the little labels on the fruit in the grocery store- yes those numbers mean something. Anyway- a number starting with a "9" indicates an organically grown product.

Well this was certainly information that I did not know. Or even know that I needed to know!
I just peeled all my fruit labels off this morning and so I will have to wait until my next trip to the store to find out what my stores carry.
