CVS & Walgreens changes

Some changes in May for CVS & Walgreens. Walgreens has discontinued its monthly Easy Saver Rebate/coupon booklet. Instead they are having more register rewards and coupons in the weekly ad. CVS has eliminated its monthly Extra Care Bucks booklet- replacing it with a monthly clipless coupon program. Weekly deals in the CVS ad will remain the same- although it seems like there are less and less ECB deals.

I don't usually shop Walgreens because I just don't have good luck there, but I might stop by this week. I have $27.43 rebate gift card coming. If it comes in time there are a few things I need. In the Walgreens ad there is a P&G Super Coupon on the back page- save up to $3 on P&G items (50 cents off each item limit 6).

CVS- Colgate toothpaste is $2.99 an BOGO (buy one get one free) buy 2 at $2.99 and there was a $1.50 off coupon in the paper- if you can get 2 coupons they are free.

Walgreens (aka WAG)- they have free ink jet cartridge refills on Wednesday 4/2.

WAG- Buy one Advil PM at $3.99 get $3 Register Rewards (RR) back plus there was a $1 off coupon making it free.
