Pepsi at CVS this week

You know, something bugs me this week at CVS. In this week's ad Pepsi 12 packs are 4/$12 get $4 ECB back pay 4/$8 or $2 each (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday only) But for some reason- bloggers are reporting Pepsi prices of 5/$12- what gives? Are there different regional prices? I live in Ohio.
